Our Four Core Objectives

Everything we do is built around these clear, measurable goals that put residents first.

1

Upgrade Physical Infrastructure to World-Class Standards

Deliver reliable roads, clean water, electricity, modern housing, schools, clinics, markets, parks and waste management reaching at least 95% of all households within 5 years.

Targets include:
• 100% all-weather road access
• Piped water within 200m of every home
• Solar-powered street lighting on all streets
• 1,500 new safe homes + land titles
• Zero open defecation through proper sanitation
2

Create a Powerful Digital Transparency Platform

Launch a free, mobile-friendly website and app where every resident can see exactly what is planned for their street with interactive maps, 3D models, weekly photos, and live progress tracking.

Platform will launch 3 months before construction and remain active for 10+ years.
Used by residents, council, government, donors and media for full accountability.
3

Give Residents Real Decision-Making Power

Through the digital platform and community forums, residents will vote on priorities (e.g. “Which location for the new park?”), report issues instantly, and monitor contractor performance.

Examples of resident power:
• Vote on market design options
• Choose playground equipment
• Flag delayed works directly to management
• Rate contractor performance publicly
4

Build a Sustainable and Replicable Model for Zambia

Document every step costs, timelines, community engagement methods, digital tools so this project becomes the national blueprint for upgrading all unplanned settlements.

By 2030 we aim to:
• Share all plans and tools openly
• Train 10 other townships using Kamanga’s model
• Influence national urban policy with proven results
Digital Platform Launch → Q2 2026  |  Physical Works Begin → Q4 2026  |  Full Completion → 2031

These are not just goals they are promises to the people of Kamanga.

Every activity, every kwacha spent, and every decision will be judged against these four objectives.
